Is it genuinely free?
Yes, completely. Joining the programme costs nothing — no subscription, no hidden fees. Create your account, complete the missions that suit you, and exchange your points for rewards. That's it.
Do I need to buy something to earn points?
No. Points in the Ambassador Programme are awarded exclusively for actions (posts, reviews, shares, etc.). A purchase may generate points in certain missions, but it's not required to participate or progress.
How long do my points last?
Your points are valid for 12 rolling months from the date they're awarded. The expiry date of each point is visible in your member account. Make sure to redeem regularly so nothing goes to waste!
How does redeeming points work?
When you redeem your points for a reward, a single-use promotional code is generated and appears directly in your basket. The code is valid for 90 days and must be used on a purchase at materiel-velo.com within that period — otherwise the reward is forfeited.
Are my missions validated automatically?
Some missions are validated automatically; others are reviewed manually by our team. Either way, you'll be notified of approval or rejection within an indicative timeframe of 7 working days.
Can I lose my tier?
Tiers are calculated on a rolling 12-month window. If your activity drops off, your tier may go down. That said, with the multipliers in place, maintaining a tier takes far less effort than reaching it in the first place.
Can Materiel-velo.com use my content?
Yes. By submitting content (photo, video) as part of a mission, you grant Materiel-velo.com the right to use it across its channels (website, social media, communications). We will always credit your profile, unless you'd prefer otherwise.
Where can I find the full terms?
All programme rules are set out in the Ambassador Programme Terms and Conditions, available on this site. Acceptance is required upon sign-up.

The Materiel-velo.com Ambassador Programme is managed via the Loyoly platform. Sign-up is free and open to any adult individual. Points are valid for 12 rolling months.
